We want you to be completely happy with your PureGLO Naturals order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s).

General Return Process

1. Consult our customer service Indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return and the reason.

2. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns of the item(s) within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours.

3. Please send the item(s) within 7 business days upon receiving the return instructions. And keep the tracking number safe.

4. Refund you within 2 business days after we receive your returns. 

Please note:
  •  Any item to be returned must be in new, unused and resalable condition.
  • Shipping fee is not refundable.

Wrong Items, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. Or we can send new ones for you.
